Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://africabeyondsafari.com website and services operated by Africa Beyond Safari (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Africa Beyond Safari
Generally these Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Africa Beyond Safari, a tour operator company based in Tanzania. By booking a tour with Africa Beyond Safari, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking your tour.
Bookings
Bookings can be made through our website, by email or by phone. A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the tour start date. Bookings made within 30 days of the tour start date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you cancel your tour booking, the following cancellation fees will apply:
More than 30 days prior to tour start date: 30% of the total tour cost 30-15 days prior to tour start date: 50% of the total tour cost Less than 15 days prior to tour start date: 100% of the total tour cost.
No refunds will be given for any unused services or activities during the tour.
Changes to Bookings
Changes to tour bookings can be made up to 30 days prior to the tour start date. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Changes made within 30 days of the tour start date may be treated as a cancellation and may incur cancellation fees.
Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport and any required visas or permits, prior to your tour start date. Company name is not responsible for any costs or damages incurred as a result of missing or invalid travel documents.
Travel Insurance
We Africa Beyond Safari strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance that includes medical coverage, trip cancellation coverage, and coverage for any adventure activities included in your tour. Company name is not responsible for any costs or damages incurred as a result of not having adequate travel insurance.
Health and Safety
You must be in good health and physical condition to participate in our tours. Company name reserves the right to refuse participation in the tour to anyone who, in our opinion, is not fit enough to complete the tour. Company name is not responsible for any injuries or illnesses incurred during the tour.
Tour Itinerary
While we do our best to adhere to the tour itinerary, changes may occur due to weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances. Company name reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary as necessary to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants.
Liability
Company name is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property arising from or in connection with the tour. You participate in the tour at your own risk. Company name is not responsible for any costs or damages incurred as a result of missed flights or other transportation, or as a result of any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the tour or these terms and conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Tanzania and the courts of Tanzania shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Agreement
By booking a tour with Africa Beyond Safari, you agree to these terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Company name with respect to the tour, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
Privacy Policy
Africa Beyond Safari is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect personal information from you only for the purposes of processing your tour booking and providing you with information related to your tour. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to complete your tour booking or as required by law.
Complaints and Feedback
If you have any complaints or feedback about your tour, please bring them to our attention as soon as possible so that we can address them. We strive to provide excellent service and value to all of our clients, and we welcome your feedback.
Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Amendments
Africa Beyond Safari reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
