6 Days Southern Tanzania Safari Featuring Mikumi & Ruaha National Parks

Tour will start with the airport/hotel pick up morning in Dar es Salaam then start driving towards Mikumi national park for afternoon game drive and overnight inside the park

Enjoy your full day in Mikumi; although mikumi is rich in varied species of animals and birds but it receives fewer visitors annually compared to its counterpart northern Tanzania game parks. While on game drive you can see animals such as lions, leopards, hyenas, wild dogs, elephants, zebras and varied species of antelopes. Mikumi has recorded to have over 400 species of birds

On this day will start with morning game drive in Mikumi national park then start driving towards Ruaha national park for dinner and overnight

After breakfast from Lodge with packed lunches enjoy full day game drive in the park and enjoy nice view of Ruaha river valley, great animals sightings like Kudu, wildebeests, elephants, wild dog, Spotted hyena, Water buck, jackal and some birds like the saddle-billed storks, zebra, lions, hippos, hartebeest, impala while dinner and overnight

After breakfast will go for morning game drive inside the park till afternoon then will start driving to Mikumi for dinner and overnight

After breakfast will go for a 1 hour walking safari or visiting a Masai village just outside the park then after will depart to Dar es Salaam for drop off.
